Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using VeeCall's website, dashboard, or virtual phone number services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and VeeCall Technologies Ltd. ("VeeCall", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VeeCall's website at veecall.com, our mobile applications, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you are using VeeCall on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. Free trial users are also subject to these terms in full.

Eligibility

To use VeeCall's Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law
  • You must not be located in a country subject to a government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
  • You must not be listed on any government prohibited or restricted parties list
  • Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

VeeCall reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

Account Registration

To access most features of VeeCall, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
  • Keep your password secure and confidential at all times
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at support@veecall.com of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

VeeCall reserves the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion. You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes or to circumvent restrictions placed on a previous account.

Our Services

VeeCall provides virtual phone number services including but not limited to:

  • Virtual local and international phone number provisioning from 100+ countries
  • Inbound call reception and SMS message reception on virtual numbers
  • Number management dashboard and administrative controls
  • Number forwarding and routing configuration
  • Team and multi-user access management (Business plan)
  • API access for integration with third-party platforms (Business plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes that may affect your service.

Service Availability: VeeCall targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. VeeCall is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use VeeCall's Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

  • Personal privacy — using a second number to protect your primary phone number
  • Business communication — managing customer-facing phone numbers for legitimate business operations
  • Remote work — enabling team members to communicate professionally from any location
  • International business — establishing local presence in countries where your business operates
  • Online verification — receiving OTP and SMS verification codes from legitimate services
  • Travel — maintaining reachability while travelling internationally

You are solely responsible for all communications made through your VeeCall numbers. VeeCall acts as a service provider and is not responsible for the content of calls or messages transmitted through our platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using VeeCall's Services. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

  • Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or impersonating individuals or organizations
  • Harassment, threats, abuse, or intimidation of any person
  • Illegal telemarketing or violation of Do Not Call regulations
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Facilitating or participating in any criminal activity
  • Circumventing platform security, authentication, or access controls
  • Reselling or sublicensing VeeCall numbers without written authorization
  • Generating artificial traffic or using automated systems to abuse the platform
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

VeeCall cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. We will report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and provide any requested information pursuant to lawful requests.

Payments & Billing

VeeCall operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
  • All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. VeeCall does not store your full card details
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You authorize VeeCall to charge your payment method for all fees due under your plan
  • If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your service after a 7-day grace period
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email

Refunds & Cancellation

We want you to be completely satisfied with VeeCall. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied. This applies only to first-time purchases.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscribers who cancel after the 7-day money-back window are not entitled to a refund for the remaining months, except where required by law.
  • Suspended Accounts: If your account is suspended for a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, email billing@veecall.com with your account email and reason for cancellation. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VeeCall's Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of VeeCall Technologies Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or software
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software
  • Use our brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent
  • Create derivative works based on our Services or content
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from our platform

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by VeeCall without any obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimers

VeeCall's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information on our platform
  • Warranties that defects will be corrected within a specified timeframe

No Emergency Services: VeeCall virtual numbers cannot be used to call emergency services (e.g. 999, 911, 112). Do not rely on VeeCall for emergency communications. Always maintain a traditional phone line or mobile service for emergency access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeeCall Technologies Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Damages resulting from service interruption, downtime, or technical failures
  • Any content obtained through use of our Services
  • Any third-party conduct or content transmitted via our platform

In no event shall VeeCall's total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to VeeCall in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VeeCall Technologies Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Your use of the Services in a manner not permitted by these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Any content you transmit through or in connection with our Services
  • Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your account or use of Services

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time:

  • By You: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • By VeeCall: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

If you believe your account was terminated in error, contact support@veecall.com within 14 days of termination with your account details and reason for appeal.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of VeeCall's Services shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@veecall.com. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
  2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before proceeding to litigation.
  3. Jurisdiction: If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

VeeCall reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Sending an email notification to your registered email address at least 14 days before changes take effect
  • Displaying a prominent notice on our website and dashboard
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of VeeCall's Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes.
